I dropped my camera while hiking in Yosemite National Park. Part of the body was damaged: neither exposure nor shutter speed could be changed. This is a record of the subsequent road trip I took, mainly from the navigator’s seat with the fixed, primitive camera. In its own way, a liberating experience.
